In 2019, enrollments in Italian language courses increased by 50%, while membership grew by 22% compared to 2017.

The Italian Embassy Cultural Centre faced challenges with low enrollment in its Italian language courses and annual membership renewals. To address this, we designed a new website integrated with a dedicated web portal for enrollments. As a result, online registrations saw a significant rise, particularly in regions of India where enrollments were previously minimal. Additionally, the web portal contributed to a higher renewal rate for the Embassy’s annual membership

Offline Registrations

The Embassy lacked a digital platform for students to enroll in courses or for members to renew their memberships. As a result, registrations were restricted to the campus vicinity.

The lack of social media presence, newsletters, and advertising contributed to a decline in registrations.

THE SOLUTION

We developed a new website for enrollments and registrations, allowing users to select a service, complete the registration process, make payments, and access their classes—all within the web portal.

We developed a comprehensive digital ecosystem that seamlessly connects various digital platforms and tools to enhance user experience. A modern, user-friendly website and web portal were designed to streamline enrollments, registrations, and payments.

Advertising

After launching social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, we developed a strategic content plan with a monthly calendar. Regularly publishing engaging content enhanced audience interaction and provided users with valuable information.

Communication

Communication by delivering updates, and announcements directly to users’ inboxes. To maintain GDPR compliance, we integrated SendinBlue and mobile messaging services. Data analytics and reporting were implemented to track user behavior.
